Season Catering stocks all of our own cater-hire equipment, which we can provide at very competitive prices. We find the need to be self sufficient a very valuable asset to our business. We can guarantee delivery times and also guarantee the overall quality of our product.

Please Note: We do not  hire tables and chairs – most venues will have these available. Marquee companies will generally stock them also.

When planning your event you should take into account the following possible hire costs:

  • Crockery
  • Cutlery
  • Glassware
  • Kitchen Equipment – Ovens, Warmers, Jack Stacks, Buffet Equipment, Perculators, Fridges, Wash up facilities
  • Place-matts
  • Other associated costs – dirty wash, delivery, VAT @ 20 %

To give you an idea of costs when planning your event:

Estimated cost for a wedding for 100 people with basic facilities would be £10 per person including VAT. This includes the cost of all kitchen equipment, delivery and dirty wash options.

  • As an additional cost we can also offer a full range of Linen.
  • We  stock a basic range of Linen ourselves at our warehouse.
  • We can also hire Linen on your behalf from our luxury linen suppliers if you so choose. Any design is possible, all you have to do is ask.
  • Estimated Linen hire cost for 100 people on average would be: Table cloths £150; Napkins £120; Delivery £50 plus VAT.

We take wedding and events reservations as far as 18 months in advance. We encourage you to make a reservation as soon as possible to ensure we are able to cater for your wedding.
