Aaron Hartman, chef / owner of Season has worked in the hospitality industry for the past 15 Years. Aaron has worked as a professional chef around the world. Aaron was based in London for the majority of this time and worked for the Capital group for 5 years where he believes he truly learnt his trade, before joining Bank Restaurant group for one year and then heading to Scotland in May 2007 to take on the Head Chef position at the 4 star Stonefield Castle Hotel. Aaron achieved 1 AA Rosette for culinary excellence within the first three months of commencing work at the castle.  Aaron left the castle in June 2008 with a new goal and ambitious plans for the opening of Season.
